This started with some standard window and deck issues. It expanded into much more once problems were fully exposed. It is a great example of the importance of installing proper watershed.

Construction of new cedar deck onto home with landscape and retaining wall challenges. [And a pit bull ]

Extensive deck repair from carpenter ant damage that went into the house structure itself.

Throwback style of construction and just a pleasure to build a very homey type of deck/porch.
